A word-tile game for Windows and Android

Whats Up

Gives a new dimension to word games.

A word-tile game for one to four players, in any mix of people and computer opponents. Three dictionaries, 125 skill levels for the computer players, and a puzzle solver and anagram generator built in. It runs on Windows, and on Android through Winlator.

Whats Up playing the English (UK) dictionary: a crossword-style board with the words EMBRACE, LANE, HUES and SHUNT, a summary panel with each player's score, and the player's rack of tiles along the bottom

What it does

Everything here is in the program itself, with nothing to unlock.

Play

One to four players, in any mix of people and computer opponents. The computer players have 125 skill levels. There’s a “best play” hint option, a “blank swapping” game variation, a player duration timer, and game save and load.

Words

Three dictionaries, with dictionary revision so the word lists can be adjusted. It also generates anagrams.

Puzzles

Solve word-tile puzzles, or create your own.

Your own tiles

Design your own tiles, with new fonts and colours, using our Tile Designer program.

Three dictionaries

Choose how big your vocabulary is, from the English (UK) list up to the 126,411 words of OSPD. Each dictionary can be revised, so none of them is the last word.
